BG’Z Party Rentals Policy and Agreement
Deposits are BG’Z Party Rentals contract to client agreement that client has read all policy and term agreements listed below and on the clients virtual invoice.
The client assumes responsibility for items rented from BG’Z Party Rentals from the time of delivery to the time of pick up. In the event of serious damage BG’Z Party Rentals reserves the right to repair or replace the damaged item or items in its discretion at client’s sole expense. All collection fees, attorney fees, court cost, or any expense involved in the collections of rental charges will be in the client’s responsibility. Any item damaged, burned or missing of BG’Z Party Rentals will have to be paid in the expense of the client. No exceptions, all charges are for time out whether is used or not.
The client is responsible for counting and inspecting items upon delivery, otherwise amounts delivered will be considered correct. If you did not receive your contracted rental items or believe the items are not in the appropriate condition, please notify BG’Z Party Rentals as soon as possible to avoid being charged replacement fees .
If client refuses to return rented items, the customer agrees that BG’Z and its agents may take all responsible actions necessary to recover rented items without prior notice or legal process.
Please be ready to provide us with a driver’s license. Client is responsible for supervising the safety and conduct of all participants using BG’Z Party Rentals products.
* All Deposits made are Non-Refundable for any reasoning (rain, winds, COVID, etc..). No exceptions if cancellations are made.
** For measurements of jumper & canopy BG’Z needs 4ft extra ground clearance length and width from any property structure (housing,roofing,ac unit, pool systems, etc…). 20ft above ground clearance of height away from (housing,roofing,trees, power lines, etc…). No jumper or canopy will be placed any closer than 3ft from property (housing,roofing,ac unit, pool systems, etc…). BG’Z takes 35% for restocking fee when items are canceled at delivery due to inaccurate measurement of area where item is being set up.
***For measurements of dance floor BG’Z needs 4ft extra ground clearance length and width from any property structure (housing,roofing,ac unit, pool systems, etc…). Dance floors are strictly for dancing and is not to be used as flooring of any kind. Dance floors need to sit on a leveled surface. If being placed on dirt, make sure it is completely leveled prior to driver delivering. Removal of any sprinklers that stick out from grass set ups. BG’Z is not responsible for any personal damages to any person who steps on the dance floor. BG’Z take 35% for restocking fee when items are canceled at delivery due to inaccurate measurement of area where item is being set up.
**** No exceptions. Once items have been delivered, balance must be paid.
***** Special delivery and/or pick up start at $65. This includes special delivery and/or pick up time or day. BG’Z does their best to deliver 1-3 days prior to clients event but for any reason BG’Z needs to deliver day of event, client will be notified prior to day of event.BGZ does their best to accommodate our clients delivery times and pick ups but nothing is guaranteed unless added under “special”.
******BG’Z Party Rentals does not go up more then 3 steps of stairs.BG’Z does not deliver to any apartments, complex, trailer park/home or parks. BG’Z reserves the right to charge 35% restocking fee or non refundable deposit due to client not reading all policy and term agreements.
******* Please have area clearance for drivers to entire and exit the premises without any fragile property in the way. BG’Z is not responsible for any damages to cars, damaged patios, patio furniture, lamps, or any property damages on premises. BGZ reserves the right to refuse service with the refund of full amount paid to customer.
